Game Of Thrones fans all around the world are sad that the popular HBO television series is ending in 2019, and even though there will be a pilot for the prequel to the series, their sorrow knows no bounds. After Emilia Clarke, Maisie Williams bids farewell to Game Of Thrones on her last day and it is really heartwarming.
Maisie Williams who plays Arya Stark in the television series which became famous because of its complex plot, posted a picture of sneakers with a blood on them. Along with the picture, she wrote “goodbye Belfast. goodbye arya. goodbye game of thrones. what joy I’ve had. here’s to the adventures to come.” However, among her many hashtags, there was one that everybody noticed and it was #lastwomanstanding, which is sending fans into a tizzy.
Arya Stark played by Maisie Williams is one of the many siblings from the Stark family, including Sophie Turner as Sansa Stark, Jon Snow and Brandon Stark, who have survived the test of time. She escaped after her father Ned Stark was beheaded and went on to become an angry young assassin with a thirst for revenge for the death of her family. However, while the show has killed mostly all its main characters, fans will have to wait to see what transpires in Season 8, which releases in 2019.
