It seems that actress and singer Rita Moreno dug deep in to her closet to pick her outfit for the 90th Academy awards.
It turns out that she chose the same frock she wore in 1962, when she won the best supporting actress Oscar for her turn as Anita in West Side Story.
Moreno "bought the fabric herself and had an architect make it," her daughter, Fernanda Gordon, told the media.
Moreno, 86, made just one change to her dress this time and turned it into a strapless gown.
"It's been hanging in my closet and I go and stroke it now and then,"she said. "It was an amazing night. They didn't have a red carpet then, it was so different," she added.
