Dua Lipa goes desi; wears a sari, offers sweets to Lord Ganesha in Jaipur

The singer has been vacationing in India for over two weeks now and has even been sharing intimate pictures with him on Instagram.

English singer-songwriter Dua Lipa recently visited Jaipur in India and just like any other traveller, she was also fascinated by the sari and the various rituals in the country. Making sure she experienced India to the fullest, the singer wore a sari to a Lord Ganesha temple and was totally amazed by the whole experience that she shared a picture on Instagram and we couldn’t be happier. 

Dua who visited Jaipur with her boyfriend Isaac Crew shared a picture of her wearing a turquoise blue embroidered sari visiting the temple. The singer said a devotee outside the temple even helped her drape the sari before she took part in the puja and offered sweets to the Hindu god Lord Ganesha, only a month after the festival was celebrated all around the country. She went on to add that she even spoke to many locals and had a lot of fun while experiencing India. The singer has been vacationing in India for over two weeks now and has even been sharing intimate pictures with him on Instagram. The singer said they visited Ranthambore, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kerala and Goa while they switched off their phones are were immersed in the magical culture of India. 

Dua who is popular for songs like IDGAF and New Rules started her career at the age of 14. The 23-year-old is also won two Brit Awards for Best Female Solo Artist and British Breakthrough Act, earlier this year.
