While the reports aren’t confirmed, many onlookers saw Justin and Hailey make their way to the marriage license courthouse, and it looks like the couple can’t wait any longer to tie the knot.
According to various media reports, many eyewitnesses saw Justin crying while looking at Hailey saying he can’t wait to marry her. While one suggested that the court official was actually a judge, which reportedly means that the two were already married instead of usually getting a marriage licence so that they can tie the knot like every other person, on another day. The marriage license usually allows the couple to get married within 60 days, which means that if it was only a visit to the marriage court, Justin and Hailey will get married by the end of the year.
