Vahdam Teas is first Indian group to make it to pop diva Mariah Carey's must-have gift list

New Delhi, December 18:  Vahdam Teas, an internationally reputed tea brand from India has announced that its pair of limited-edition Chai blend, Holiday Breakfast Tea and Christmas Chai, jointly curated by pop diva Mariah Carey and Vahdam, appears in Carey's selected list of Must-Have Gift items on Amazon this holiday season.

The blend is available in an exclusively customised Christmas Joy Gift Set. Carey has teamed up with Amazon to curate this exclusive list of her holiday 'must-haves'. 

This development is a perfect token of cheer for her fans and ideal for gifting. Vahdam is honoured to be among @mariahcarey's handpicked selections this year, said a statement.
 
The gift guide arrived recently to mark the 25th anniversary of Carey’s 1994 holiday album Merry Christmas and its record-breaking single, All I Want for Christmas is You, which has been the most-streamed holiday track for two years running.
 
The Christmas Joy Gift Set is available for purchase at the Vahdamteas website and Amazon.

Current Investor, Fireside Ventures also participated in the round. With this round, the total funding raised by the four-year-old start-up is over INR 100 crores. 

Vahdam Teas is disrupting the supply chain of tea, by making garden fresh teas to consumers across the world available in the shortest periods of time, by leveraging technology and cutting out all unnecessary middlemen. 

Vahdam Teas do not travel in containers for months before being packaged and sold.

All the teas are procured directly from plantations and tea growers within days of production, packaged garden fresh and shipped directly from the source in India. 

The brand was founded by the 27-year-old Bala Sarda with a vision to build a global premium tea brand from India.
