Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh are busy with the promotions of their upcoming Bollywood film Gully Boy, however, they are also making time to talk about their personal relationships, especially about Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone. While Ranveer had earlier said that he shares quite a good relationship with Ranbir, he also went on to add that the Barfi actor is one of his favourites.
Alia, without much hesitation, immediately praised Deepika Padukone, who recently married Ranveer Singh, in a private ceremony in Lake Como, Italy. The Raazi actress stating the famous saying, said “You know how they say that God has created someone with a lot of love and spent a lot of time on it? Not only in her (Deepika) looks but both her soul and personality are beautiful.” Interestingly, the duo had appeared on the first episode of Koffee With Karan Season 6, and while many thought there was a cold vibe between them, the two actors cleared it out on the show. It is also not unknown that Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor dated each other, early in their careers, however, their breakup was reportedly quite bad, and it took Deepika quite some time to get over it.
On the film front, Ranveer and Alia will soon start filming for Karan Johar’s Takht, while the latter will also be seen in Kalank, and Brahmastra with Ranbir Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan. On the other hand, Deepika is going to get busy shooting for Meghna Gulzar’s Chhapak, based on acid victim Laxmi Agarwal.
