After many protests and controversies that lasted for months, Sanjay Leela Bhansali's magnum opus, Padmaavat released on 25th of January last year. Starring Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh in lead roles, the movie turned out to be one of the biggest hits of 2018.
Celebrating the film's one year anniversary, the star couple shared rather quirky videos of themselves with their fans.
Deepika took to Instagram to share a picture of hers sitting on a seesaw. She wrote: “Celebrating one year of Padmaavat like!!” She also shared a picture from the shoot of the film, and asked viewers to guess the scene.
However, Ranveer took his tribute to the next level as he shared a throwback video clip from the shooting days of Padmaavat. In the video, Ranveer is seen dressed as Alauddin Khilji while dancing and lip-syncing to 2016’s hit song Makeba by Miriam Makeba.
