Warner Bros CEO Kevin Tsujihara is currently under investigation after he promoted her on several occasions amidst sexual relations with her. The allegations say that he tried to get UK actor Charlotte Kirk roles in all Warner Bros productions. The relations came to light after a publication published a detailed report of texts between Kevin and Charlotte.

Kevin Tsujihara and Charlotte Kirk met through mutual friend and Australian media mogul businessman James Packer and director-producer Brett Ratner. However, Charlotte has issued a statement saying that there wasn’t any inappropriate behaviour on the part of Kevin, Ratner or Packer and the Warner Bros CEO never promised her anything. Interestingly, the published texts between Kevin and Charlotte show that she accused Packer and Ratner of using her to close the deal with the Warner Bros CEO.

However, a WarnerBros spokesperson has said that Charlotte had made no claims against Kevin or the studio, and this has been confirmed after they carried out an investigation. In 2017, the studio had also privately conducted an investigation and had not found Tsujihara guilty of anything. The production company will however conduct a new investigation into the matter, in light of the new allegations.
