Netflix series Lust Stories received a lot of praise from the Indian audience for its clear depiction of the society today and while there other scenes, Kiara Advani’s orgasm scene was quite talked about. In a recent interview, Bollywood actor Kiara, who is set to play Shahid Kapoor’s love interest in Kabir Singh, said her parents knew about it but grandmother’s expression was quite different.
Kiara said she watched the anthology film with her parents and her grandmother, and when the scene which shows Kiara Advani climax to the song Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham, her grandmother literally had a deadpan expression. Kiara said her parents knew everything about the film when she had signed it, but it was different as her grandmother had come over to visit them and they watched it together, but she also didn’t get many references as she is half-British. Interestingly, Kiara’s story is directed by Karan Johar and is one of the many explicit scenes in the film and she was paired opposite Vicky Kaushal, who also shot to fame after the release because of his impeccable performance.
On the film front, Kiara was recently seen in the Kalank song First Class opposite Varun Dhawan, and she will now be seen opposite Shahid Kapoor in Kabir Singh. The latter is a remake of the 2017 Telugu film Arjun Reddy directed by Sandeep Vanga, which saw Shahid’s character originally played by Vijay Deverakonda. Kiara is also busy filming for Akshay Kumar-starrer Good News among other films which also include Laaxmi Bomb and Shershaah.
