Male baldness as a subject is currently not only raging in Bollywood but seems to have caught the fancy of Tolly filmmakers as well. While Hindi films like Bala (starring Ayushman Khurrana) and Ujda Chaman are slated for November release, Bengali film industry too is having its own take on the subject with a film called Teko (Bald) by Abhimanyu Mukherjee starring the dynamic actor Ritwick Chakraborty.

This film produced by Surinder Films is about a man called Alokesh, a funny government employee, who is very proud of his mop of hair and takes good care of it. His fiancee Mina too takes good care of her hair. But their otherwise happy life goes for a toss when Alokesh starts losing his hair after using a dubious haircare oil. Mina rejects him and he becomes the object of ridicule wherever he goes. The story builds on how he deals with this situation. The poster of the movie that released today has a comical take on hair loss related problems and seems to have all the ingredients of a comedy film.
