Learn a trick or two about making delicious mango desserts at the upcoming masterclass at Taj Coromandel. Supervised by the hotel’s Pastry Chef Ravi Varma, the workshop will focus on making treats like mango chocolate tart, chilled mango and coconut pudding, mango baked cheese cake and the crowd-favoourite, mango brownie.
