Tapas are the most popular way to eat and are typically served in between lunch and dinner to bridge the gap between meals. Always small dishes, they’re full of flavour, colour and a mix of hot and cold. And, Flavour Diaries is organising a cooking class that will focus on Spanish tapas like Albondigas (meatballs), Spicy Patatas Bravas (roasties in a spicy tomato sauce), Tortilla Espanola (fluffy Spanish omelette) and the well-loved Gazpacho soup.
Their class is suitable for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian and uses eggs. The non-vegetarian recipe uses lamb. It is suitable for all skill levels, including beginners.
