Omorfee, an Indo-German brand, is loved as much for its use of exotic ingredients (think frankincense from Africa and seaweed from the North Atlantic ocean) as its adorable bamboo packaging. Started by husband-wife duo, Naman and Trishita Mishra Adlakha in 2014, the luxury skin care brand with a store in Bengaluru (launched last year), and an online presence, is known for its organic products, which includes the popular Revivify range (comprising a toner, a face pack, a night oil and a serum, designed to slow down aging). It now launches a monsoon collection, entitled Monsoon Drizzle. Naman tells us more:
How is Omorfee different from other grooming and beauty brands?
It is inclined towards the purest form of nature. Certified pure organic natural oils, pure essential oils, pure natural butters, milk extracts and natural floral extracts make up Omorfee’s products. There is not even the slightest use of synthetic, spurious or chemical ingredients. The packaging is made from pure natural bamboo wood and FDA-approved non-toxic containers.

Apart from the Revivify range, a product that has been in great demand is the Lip Lightening Salve made with pineapple extract. It helps in restoring the natural colour of your lips.
What are some key products from the Monsoon Drizzle collection?
The collection consists of products specially designed to suit the skin in this wet weather, and help in maintaining the natural integrity of the skin. One of our exclusive products from the range is the Perfecting Facial Creme, an anti-pollution and anti-blue ray creme to keep your skin safe from harmful pollutants. It also acts as a firm barrier against the blue rays emitted from TV and mobile screens. Another product trending this season is the Bere Antioxidant Face Scrub Creme, a nourishing face scrub fused with rich emollients to gently exfoliate the skin while moisturising it intensely. Enriched with Acai Berry, it works great on most skin types.
What are some of the biggest trends in the beauty industry at the moment?
Now is the time to switch from regular packaging to environment-friendly packaging. Also, another big trend is the use of gender-neutral products. The composition of the products does not define the usage of the products by any specific gender.
