N CASE YOU’RE looking for a Western-wear brand that’s inspired by fashion trends, then Kazo should be on top of your list. Their AutumnWinter Collection 2019, featuring a vintage line, blended with soft floral themes, will appeal to your sartorial demands.

Giving us some insight into the new collection, Deepak Aggarwal, Managing Director of Kazo says, “The brand is rolling out an irresistible collection of ditsy prints, large-bold florals and printed florals on special fabrics to enhance the feminine mystique. The collection is styled on a retro theme, and includes widened hemlines combined with ’60s embellishments such as bows and knots. For the versatile and vivacious woman, minimalistic silhouettes come alive with fun geometric patter ns, jigsaw-striped prints and luxe polkas. The edit is bathed in pastel hues to complement the Indian skin tone.”

Split into three lines — Capsule Editions, Neon Arrival and Festive Edit — the collection caters to demands of every young fashionista who follows fashion trends by heart. Look out for a smattering of lustrous, liquid metal tones, and textures in printed suede and filigree florals dominating the mood with edgy sculpted forms. From party wear dresses and gowns to semi-formal coordinates and every day wear tops, skirts, jumpsuits, dresses and trousers, the collection takes care of all your moods.

We particularly like the Neon Arrival for the fact that the bright shade has been used in a subtle way, and is not loud. Speaking about the inspiration behind the collection, Aggarwal says, “Kazo takes its inspiration from runway trends in the West, and recognises a gap in the Indian market for affordable international fashion.” With two stores in the city — one at South City Mall, and the other at Forum Mall — Kazo also launched its range of fragrances, in Mumbai, last February. The brand, that made an entry in the city in 2012, also caters to every need for accessories, and completes your look with fashion jewellery and belts.
