Chinese eatery Master Dimsum in Kolkata introduces six new momo dishes

Master Dimsum, Kolkata’s only Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) chain that serves a wide variety of steamy delights, has introduced six new variants of Momos in its menu.

Now, gastronomes can enjoy the authentic fare of piping hot momos including the authentic Chili Chicken Momo, a Tangra-style chilli chicken wrapped small dumplings, Chicken Sweet and Sour Momo, that will tickle your taste buds with the tangy and sweet flavours, Chicken Manchurian Momo, that will tempt you to the core with its irresistible fragrance, Chicken Schezwan Momo and Prawn Schezwan Momo.

“Apart from being able to create a demand for Sui Mais and Gyozas in a short span of time, we witnessed a steady demand for momos across all the Master Dimsum outlets in the city. We experimented and came up with these interesting flavours of Momos to offer something different to our patrons, rather than the age-old steamed chicken or vegetable versions of the dumplings available at most stalls”, says Shiladitya and Debaditya Chaudhury, partners, Master Dimsum.

Master Dimsum is a relatively new QSR in the city with three outlets in Vivekananda Park, Lake Mall and Acropolis Mall. The new items will be available across all the outlets apart from the regular menu, which serves the best of the Cantonese delicacies.

You can also try the other delectable dishes available including Sui Mai, Fish Ball Noodle Soup, Hong Kong Style Gyozas, Thai Dumplings, Meatball Stick in Noodle Soup and Spinach Mushroom Corn Ball Stick in Noodle Soup.

The outlets are open from 11 am to 10 pm. A meal for two at Master Dimsum will cost Rs 400 plus taxes.
