Thanksgiving special: From brunches and dinners to a class on making desserts, here's what Mumbai has to offer

Thanksgiving is quickly approaching and here's what the city of dreams has to offer:

1. The Boston Butt

This year, The Boston Butt, a Southern American diner, plans to teleport you with its authentic and traditional flavours. The limited-edition menu, available for four whole days, features thanksgiving classics in an up-lifted avatar. While the appetisers feature Roasted Pumpkin & Ginger Soup and a Smoked Colocasia, Pumpkin & Chestnut Salad. The mains include delectable options like Holiday Roast Whole Spring Chicken, Steak Frites & Sauce Bearnaise and Pumpkin Tortellini. Besides this, there is a selection of small plates such as Pepperoni & Garlic Knots, Grilled Baby Lobsters, Skillet Charred Peppery Lamb Chops, Grilled Milky Mushrooms and Sheet Pan roasted Brussel Sprouts. And, to end this indulgence on a sweet note, there is a fresh Seasonal Cranberry Cheesecake.

2. Thanksgiving brunch at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar
 

Celebrate the warm sense of gratitude this Sunday at JW Café, the all-day dining restaurant at the JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar. Their special menu is an ode to the traditional dishes and has Sage Butter Roasted Turkey, Italian Flat Bread Station, Hainanese Duck Rice, Pepper Jack Quiche, Stollen, Pumpkin spice muffins, Dundee Cake, Mix fruit cake, Lebkuchen cookies amongst other on offer.

3. Thanksgiving brunch at Renaissance

Relish Oven-Roasted Stuffed Turkey served with giblet gravy, Corn Bread and Cranberry Sauce, Honey Glazed Pork Belly, Parsley Butter Lobster, Cajun Chicken Breast with Giblet Gravy, salmon fillet and numerous other dishes at this brunch.

4. A cooking class to learn classic Thanksgiving desserts

Foodhall Cookery Studio is an experimental kitchen and a contemporary venue for cooking classes and workshops. To celebrate Thanksgiving, they are organising a cooking class to learn classic Thanksgiving desserts like Brown Butter Cupcake with Cinnamon Buttercream, Classic Pumpkin Pie, Caramel Apple Crumble and Pecan Butter Tarts.
