The extravagant spread at JW Kitchen’s ‘A Holy Celebrations’ consists of highly palatable and satiating delicacies like Chargha Murgh, a deep fried chicken dish all the way from Lahore, Kasturi Paneer Tikka, Hyderabadi Mutton Biryani and Lagan Ka Murgh, a slow cooked creamy chicken curry in assorted spices to name a few. The menu also contains an array of Bengali delights like Shukto, Mutton Rezala, Doi Maach, Kochi Pathar Jhol and many more. Ramzan special Sewaiyan Muzzafar, Phirni, Shakalama, Basbousa and more will make this gastronomy a grand affair.

The Rajarhat hotel, ibis Kolkata is embracing this holy month of Ramadan by introducing their “Shan-e-Iftar” TDH (table d'hôte or "table of the host") menu that will have succulent starters, fresh fruits, haleem and more.
The TDH menu contains fresh fruits like watermelon, apples, bananas and most importantly dates along with refreshing ice-lemon mint tea. The menu also has veg and non-veg starters like Mirch Ke Pakode, Beguni, Onion ke Pakode, Punjabi Murgh Tikka, Tawa Fish, Gilafhi Seekh Kebab to name a few. One can also relish Murgh Dum Biryani, Sabz Biryani, Kadhai Murgh and assorted Indian breads to choose from. Desserts session will further entice you with Kulfi, Sheer Khurma and Shahi Tukda.
