Rang Matir Panchali 2019 made World Art Day and Poila Baisakh an affair to remember. A total of 30 artisans turned kumartoli, the idol-making hotspot of Kolkata, into a living art village during the two-day carnival under the initiative of Sabyasachi Chatterjee.
