Mango baked yoghurt


Dairy cream 500 ml 

Thick curd 250 gms

Condensed milk 250gms

Diced Mangoes 100 gms


  • Mix everything together and bake in a double boiler at 150 C for 15 min.
  • Cook in cooker under a water bath without keeping the weight.
  • Garnish with diced mangoes.
