Recipe: This four-ingredient mango baked yoghurt is the easiest dessert to whip up in a hurry
Mango baked yoghurt
Dairy cream 500 ml
Thick curd 250 gms
Condensed milk 250gms
Diced Mangoes 100 gms
- Mix everything together and bake in a double boiler at 150 C for 15 min.
- Cook in cooker under a water bath without keeping the weight.
- Garnish with diced mangoes.
