Greater Manchester Police declared 22 people dead and 59 injured during the blasts at Manchester Arena. Authorities suspect a lone bomber who was earlier killed at the Arena to have carried out the attack.
Prime minister Theresa May said, the authorities seem to identify him but are working to confirm it. ISIS claim responsibility although their role in the attack is unclear.
