The wait is over. Game of Thrones Season 8 has begun and the excitement might make you want to lay off the gym for a while, but don’t. Instead, make it a lot more challenging by following this workout challenge that fans came up with.

While many versions of the GOT workout challenge exist, they all appear to be equally taxing. The challenge is sure to get you battle-ready and might even help bust all the stress out! 

One of the many versions of the challenge, that showed up during season 6, has been crafted by Reebok and prominent fitness trainers like Ashley Horner, Emily Schromm, and KaisaFit. All the renditions include possible scenarios and sets to perform when that happens. Basically, each token moment has a corresponding exercise to keep you on your toes. A smirk from Cersei means 15 sit-ups and a disagreement between Tyrion and Daenerys could cost you three squats! Here’s the list for one of the challenges:

Someone dies: 5 crunches
You spot a dragon: 5 squats
Someone drinks wine: 5 pushups
There’s a sex scene: 10 glute bridges
You see White Walkers: 5 jumping jacks
A sword is drawn: 10 flutter kicks
The hound cusses: 1 burpee
Someone says “A Lannister always pays his debts”: 30-second plank
Someone says “Winter is here”: 5 tuck jumps
