App-based discovery platform, TravellerPass, is now in Bengaluru

The culinary scene in Bengaluru offers plenty of options for every palate, but sometimes we’re so spoilt for choice that it’s hard to settle on one restaurant, besides, eating out has gone from once a week to almost everyday. This is where the newly launched TravellerPass comes handy. One of the UAE’s biggest app-based platforms, it offers great deals and discounts, that not only cover restaurants, but shopping, entertainment and wellness as well.

Apart from the UAE, the app has a presence in Oman, Qatar, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. “Our entry in India represents a significant step in our company’s aggressive global expansion strategy and we are excited to be part of India’s growing segment of the deals market”, says Matt Philips, Founder and CEO TravellerPass, adding, “We are very confident of India becoming our next big market with its focus on the technological advancement and growing segment of mobile users and apps. We plan to enter 20 cities by 2021. In India, Bengaluru will be followed by Mumbai and Delhi.”

IMC Corp, an Integrated Marketing Communications company is the parent company of the app, which was initially launched in 2014 as a deals platform in Dubai for residents and visitors. In 2015, it was relaunched as an app and their numbers grew to over a million customers in less than five years.

To gain access to the app, one can download it on their phone after paying a yearly subscription of Rs.999, which is their promotional price. It is available for all iOS and Android users.
