Audi is no stranger to the silver screen, having partnered with successful franchises like the Transporter series as well as being Tony Stark’s vehicle of choice in the Iron Man movies. Their latest outing with Hollywood is scripted in the Marvel blockbuster, namely, Spiderman: Homecoming.

As part of the storyline, Peter Parker will be seen driving around in an Audi TTS Roadster, while his mentor Tony Stark will stick to his slick set of wheels, namely the Audi R8 V10 Spyder. However, the real delight comes in the form of the all-new Audi A8 luxury sedan, which is set to make its first appearance, prior to its world premiere, in this movie.
As the story unfolds, Peter Parker is seen being chauffeured around in the Audi A8 by Happy Hogan. Not only do you get a solid glimpse of the car, but a few of its features are also demonstrated as part of the narrative such as automated driving in a traffic jam where Happy engages the Audi AI traffic jam pilot and takes his hands off the steering wheel.
The movie is set to release in July with the world premiere scheduled for June 28 in Los Angeles. The Audi A8 will officially launch on July 11 at the Audi Summit in Barcelona, Spain and will make its Indian debut soon after.
