The upcoming Star Wars spin-off, Solo: A Star Wars Story touched down at the Cannes Film Festival, bringing not only the entire cast but also Chewbacca and the Stormtroopers to the red carpet.
After the screening, the movie a three-minute enthusiastic standing ovation for the director Ron Howard and star Alden Ehrenreich. The rest of the cast in attendance included Emilia Clarke, Woody Harrelson, and Thandie Newton.
Solo: A Star Wars Story shows how Han Solo met his future copilot Chewbacca before the events in the original 1977 Star Wars. The film is the second anthology film after 2016's Rogue One. The project is directed by Ron Howard.
The film will be released in India on May 25th
