Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh has been named in a domestic violence by sister-in-law and former Bigg Boss conestant Akanksha Sharma. 

Akanksha, who was married to Yuvraj’s brother Zoravar Singh, alleged that the her husband and mother-in-law cause her "mental and financial torture." 

She also mentioned that the 35-year-old all-rounder was a mute spectator to all her sufferings. 

Akanksha’s lawyer Swati Singh Malik confirmed the news and allegation to the media today. A notice has been sent to Yuvraj and his family. The first court hearing is scheduled on October 21. 

Gurgaon court, where the case is filed, has urged Yuvraj Singh’s family to respond to the complaint filed.
