Gal Gadot to voice Shank in animated film Ralph Breaks The Internet

Gal Gadot’s character Shank is a tough and talented driver involved in an action-packed online racing game called Slaughter Race.

Hollywood actor Gal Gadot is busy doing a lot and voicing an animated character is reportedly said to be her newest achievement. The Wonder Woman star has announced through a tweet that she will be voicing the role of Shank in the animated film Ralph Breaks The Internet.

According to reports, Gal Gadot’s character Shank is a tough and talented driver involved in an action-packed online racing game called Slaughter Race. Director Rich Moore said that Shank is one of the coolest characters in the Slaughter Race, who has seen a lot and lived a lot but she is a really kind and the duality of her character is what is the most interesting aspect of it. Gadot talking about her character said that while Shank is good at driving cars she has a bad-girl vibe but as the film progresses the audience will realise she is fun, wise and warm on the inside. 

Director and writer Phil Johnston said Gal Gadot brings a new layer to the character as she has so much texture and living in her voice that gives it a new dimension. The film also features the voices of John C. Reilly as Ralph, and Sarah Silverman as Vanellope, which are the two other characters along with Shank and is set to release in India on November 23.
