Days after a complaint was filed against Mithun Chakraborty, wife Yogita Bali and son Mahaakshay on rape and cheating charges, the victim's lawyer has claimed that he sedated her drink and forced himself upon her. He has also said that Mimoh promised marriage to her but he kept postponing and has finally refused to accept her. 

According to media reports, while the claims were made by the complainant earlier, the lawyer has said that Mahaakshay sexually harassed her and cheated her. He also went on to say that the Bollywood actor even matched their horoscopes but denied her marriage later. Interestingly, Mimoh is set to get married in a few weeks and the lawyer said that while the victim still wants to marry him, the Chakraborty family is not accepting her. 

The lawyer has also gone on to state that Mimoh may be arrested in the next two days and the anticipatory bail filed by the family at the Bombay High Court has been denied. The victim is said to be an actress who has worked in Bhojpuri as well as Hindi films and said she was in a relationship with Mahaakshay since 2015 before he denied the relationship.
