Deepika Padukone’s fans have been eagerly waiting to watch her work on the big screen. Her last film, Padmaavat, released in January 2018. The Piku star’s next film is Chhapaak, which also marks her debut as a producer.

She took to Twitter to share a glimpse with big news: the trailer releases tomorrow. The 6-second teaser shows a splash of acid that spreads into the darkness with a loud sound.

The makers will release the trailer of the film on December 10, which is also the World Human Rights Day.

The film has been directed by Meghna Gulzar, who is the woman behind Raazi and Talwar. She has co-written the film with Atika Chohan. Also starring Vikrant Massey, the film will hit the screens on January 10.
