Pop star Miley Cyrus was groped and forcefully kissed by a stranger while walking to her car with husband and actor Liam Hemsworth, She was in Barcelona to perform at the Primavera Sound Festival. A video of this incident went viral on the internet.

The singer has now opened up about the incident. She said, “She CAN'T be grabbed without her consent.”

She took to Twitter to talk about it. She also added, “She can be wearing what she wants. She can be a virgin. She can be sleeping with five different people.

"She can be with her husband. She can be with her girlfriend. She can be naked. She CAN'T be grabbed without her consent.”

She also reiterated the message on her Instagram stories, writing "#StillNotAskingForIt" with screenshots of comments from fans, which said: “You wanted to be 'sexy,' what did you expect?”

Miley released her new EP, She Is Coming, just last week.
