After The Zoya Factor, director Abhishek Sharma is all set to work on his next film, Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari. The family comedy will bring together actors like Diljit Dosanjh and Manoj Bajpayee, who will be sharing screen space for the first time. 

Taking to social media, actress Fatima Sana Shaikh, who is also playing a key role in the film, tweeted the following: 

Talking about his film, director Sharma said, "Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari is a unique family comedy that draws humour from the quirks of its refreshing yet relatable characters. The world is set in the innocence of 1990s when there was no social media or mobile phones."

He further added that with actors like Diljit, Manoj and Fatima, he is certain of creating an entertaining narrative for the family audience.

The shooting will begin on January 6 and the film will release towards the end of the year.
