The third edition of the Kite Flying Festival organised by Diamond City promises a mix of professional kite flying and an open session for flying enthusiasts. Look out for the giant kites like dragon kites, 300 chain kites, dragons, kites in animal shapes and whistling kites, among others. On September 1 and 2. 7.30 am to 10 am and 4.30 pm to 6 pm.
