The remorseful story of King Ashoka, after the Kalinga war will be the topic of Tapanjyoti Das’ directorial venture, Dharmashok, to be staged at the Academy of Fine Arts, on January 27. Debsankar Halder will play the lead role, while Sanjib Sarkar and Senjuti Mukhopadhyay will be playing supporting leads in the play.
