Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach is organising a vegan masterclass with Chef Sebastien Kardinal. A prominent activist and culinary expert who is leading the international surge towards veganism, his specialization lies in revising French and international gastronomic specialities and crafting their vegan versions. And, in this session, he will spill the secrets of great vegan cooking.

Following the masterclass, there will also be a sumptuous lunch buffet, which will include vegan specialities by the chef himself.
