Badam Anjeer Aur Gud Ka Halwa
Ingredients:
Almonds 250 gm
Desi ghee 150 gm
Dried figs 50 gm
Gud (jaggery) 150 gm
Khoya for garnish

Method:
1. Blanch the almonds in hot water. Peel off the almond skin
2. Put them in a blender and grind till it becomes a paste
3. Heat desi ghee in a thick bottom pan/kadhai and add the almond paste along with chopped figs
4. Add sugar and sauté on slow fire till it light golden brown
5. Add jaggery and cook further for two minutes
6. Serve hot, garnish with pieces of almonds and khoya
