According to sources, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma have officially tied the knot in a private ceremony in an 800-year-old village that was restored as a resort called  Borgo Finocchieto near Tuscany, Italy.

Reports suggest that a source close to the couple said that the couple got married earlier in the morning and will be making the announcement around 8 pm IST.

If sources are to be believed, the couple will appear at the Bandra Family Court on January 4, 2018, to complete the legal formalities. 

According to reports, Bhangra dancers were seen entering the premises of the venue after which the sound of beats echoed around the premises and its surrounding. 

After the speculation broke out last week, about the couple getting married in Italy, the spokesperson for the Bollywood actress rubbished the rumours. 

After a silent ceremony in Italy, reports suggest that the couple will host a grand reception in Mumbai soon.

It is also suggested that the 29-year-old actress would have worn a dress designed by Sabyasachi for the occasion.
