Pakistani actress and singer Reshma has been reportedly shot by her husband in the Nowshera Kalan area. According to a report by Geo TV, the actress was the fourth wife of the suspect and was shot while she was living at her brother's house. 

According to the media reports, Reshma was living in Hakimabad when her husband arrived and opened fire at her. The cause is said to be a domestic dispute but he is said to have fled the scene immediately after the incident. However, the police are investigating the matter after they registered a case against him. Interestingly, this is not the first time that a female artiste has been shot in Pakistan. Earlier, stage actress Sunbul was shot dead after she is said to have repeatedly refused to accompany the accused to a private party. 

Actress Reshma is most famously known for acting in the Pakistani drama Zhobul Goluna and many other Pashto songs sung by her.
