Bollywood actor and dancer Jaaved Jaaferi recently praised Salman Khan in a tweet for his contribution to the Kerala flood victims, but it seems to have backfired. The actor immediately deleted the tweet and said he would tweet only after he had confirmed, however, Twitterati had a field day and they did not waste much time to troll him. 

According to various media reports, Jaaved tweeted saying he had heard Salman had donated 12 crore and said he is “something else” He also went on to add that it is only because of such gestures that he has so many blessings all the way. However, Jaaved immediately said he is waiting to confirm the information as he had only “heard” about the contribution and given his track record, it is very possible that he is very capable of making the donation. 

Salman Khan is one among many Bollywood celebrities who have contributed to the flood relief attempt in Kerala for all people. Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Kangana Ranaut are among the others. Most recently, it was internet sensation Priya Varrier who contributed to the cause and even urged everybody to share the amount, so people know how to use it properly.
