Actress Malaika Arora is famous for her strict diet as well as workout regime. The 45-year-old actress is frequently spotted at gyms and her workout videos are a rage on the social media. Recently, during one of her gym sessions, the actress was joined by Simmba actress Sara Ali Khan. 

In a video shared by Malaika's trainer Namrata Purohit the two actresses can be seen doing pilates.

She captioned her post: "'Back' with my strong #PilatesGirls. @saraalikhan95 @malaikaaroraofficial killing it and giving us some serious Monday motivation.” The video was also shared by Malaika.
