Modern Family star Sarah Hyland announced on Instagram that she's engaged to her boyfriend Wells Adams. The two started dating in 2017 and has been inseparable since then. From travelling together to gracing red carpets looking like a million bucks, the couple has always looked head-over-heels in love. 

Wells popped the question on a beach and Hyland, 28, posted a picture of the moment he got down on one knee. She wrote, "That can't eat, can't sleep, reach for the stars, over the fence, world series kind of stuff." The latter put up a touching video which included glimpses of the beautiful life together. 

Hyland had earlier shared on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" that the two started dating after Wells slid into her DMs. Sarah is known for the recurring role of Haley Dunphy on the hit show Modern Family while Wells was a contestant in Bachelorette.
