Tweeting about the same, the filmmaker shared a picture where he is seen with Game of Thrones writers, David Benioff and DB Weiss and Anurag Kashyap. He wrote: “Honoured to have met the #GOT #GameofThrones, prolific producers! David Benioff and D. B Weiss At the @iemmys.”
The two Indian directors are at the Emmys as their project, Lust Stories, received nominations this year, along with Zoya Akhtar.
KJo opted for a classy maroon suit with red polka-dotted border, paired with a white shirt and a matching bow tie.
Actors Radhika Apte and Kubbra Sait were also present at the award ceremony.
