Popular Tamil actor and mimicry artist Mano had passed away in a car tragic accident that took place near Nungambakkam, on Tuesday morning.  

It is also reported that the actor's wife who was travelling with him when the accident occurred.

She was severely injured and was admitted in Intensive Care at the Sri Ramachandra Hospital in Porur, Chennai.

According to reports, the actor was behind the wheel of the car when it lost control and crashed on the median of the road. Mano who suffered from serious injuries passed away on the spot. 

Family and friends of the actor were shocked by this accident and friends from industry also expressed their grief through their social media pages.

The couple is survived by a young daughter.
