Madhavan says collab with Akshay Kumar for Bhaagamathie remake is ‘fake’ 

R Madhavan has refuted a report that claimed that he is collaborating with Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar on a film.

Earlier in the week, a popular celebrity news website had announced that Akshay Kumar was collaborating on the Hindi remake of the 2018 thriller Bhaagamathie with producer Vikram Malhotra. As per the article, actor R Madhavan was supposed to star alongside Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar in the film. However, in a turn of events, the Tanu Weds Manu actor took to social media to deny his involvement in the project.

The post of Twitter read: "Hey guys .. not true. I have no idea about this project."

Also earlier in the week, the same website had alleged 'fallout' between Akshay Kumar and Sooryavanshi director Rohit Shetty. To clarify things, the Misson Mangal actor shared a 30-second clip on Twitter, where Akshay asked viewers to watch the sensational news live.
