Kaantaye Kaantaye, a thrilling Bengali murder mystery, is all set to release on August 15. Directed by Joydeep Mukherjee and produced by Shyam Sunder, the series is an adaptation of Narayan Sanyal’s novel Sonar Kanta. Saswata Chatterjee takes on the lead role of PK Basu, a seasoned lawyer haunted by the tragic loss of his daughter. Joining him are National Award-winner Ananya Chatterjee as Rani Basu and popular actor Soham Chakraborty, who makes his OTT debut in the series.

Set against the stormy, enigmatic backdrop of Darjeeling, Kaantaye Kaantaye follows PK Basu as he investigates a string of murders in the eerie Hotel Repose. The plot thickens as a severe storm traps the guests, leaving Basu to navigate a web of secrets and lies. Each character in the hotel holds a dark secret, and Basu must rely on his sharp mind and observational skills to unmask the killer before they strike again.
