The US Consulate is holding a seminar, Of Kale Bhaja and Nutella Patishapta: How Indian-American Mothers Navigate Spaces, Culture and Belongings. In this seminar, Sucharita Sarkar, associate professor in English, at the DTSS College of Commerce, University of Mumbai, will explore the cultural and ideological struggles depicted in the writings of Indian immigrant mothers in the US.
