If you are passionate about cooking and would love to pick up a few skills, attend the Mediterranean Masterclass 101 at The Salt House this coming Thursday. Chef Auroni will teach you the basics of cooking Roasted Vegetable Hummus, Classic Hummus, Pickled Veggies, Tzatziki, Pita Bread, and Eggless Moussaka among other dishes.
