Keeping up with the season, The Fatty Bao has launched a month-long festival Mango Matinee, where it is offering mango inspired drinks, sushi rolls and desserts from across the region. While the drinks menu includes Mango Merry, Mango Peach Sangria, Mango Iced Tea and Mango Smoothie, the sushi category has Fresh Mango with Avocado Blue Rice Sushi and Deep-fried Prawn and Mango Roll. For desserts, they have Mango Truffle, Mango Cheesecake and the Tres Leches Cake.
