Some of the Indian states that the Himalayas cover include Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Sikkim and Arunachal Pradesh and bringing the cuisines of these regions to Bengaluru is M Cafe at Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield. The chefs at the restaurant have put together an extensive menu that are sure to transport you to the mountains.

Diners can expect to indulge in exquisite delicacies such as Tea Momo with Dum Aaloo from Gangtok, Tabak Maaz from Kashmir and Bhatt Ki Chulkani from Garhwal. For dessert, you may choose from decadent creations that include Phirni, Khumbani Ka Halwa, Nadur Yakhni and more.
