From Manapua to Coconut Chicken Soup and Pineapple Jelly; explore Hawaiian cuisine at this festival

Three Dots and A Dash hosts a curated Hawaiian menu

AM

Want to explore Hawaiian food and culture? Three Dots and a Dash is hosting a Hawaiian Food Festival from this July. Choose from themed-dishes to especially curated Tiki cocktails till the end of the month.

The restaurant has come up with a menu that brings all the tropical flavours of the land of Hawaii to Bengaluru. Start your meal with the unlikely and offbeat combination of Coconut Chicken Soup and Pineapple Jelly, with a hint of lemongrass. After the soup, try their signature Braised Chicken Salad with Spring Vegetables. For vegetarians, the Red Kidney Bean Salad with roasted walnut is quite refreshing.

For starters, choose from a wide variety of offerings. We recommend, the Hawaiann version of a bao, steam bun Manapua and the Sweet-Sour Chilli Fish with Sesame Pineapple. But the highlight is the main course with Hawaiian grilled variations of meat and veggies smoked to perfection, tropical pizzas, or tropically tweaked versions of classics like baked Mac and Cheese.

Pineapple Paradise

While you chow down all these delicacies, sip on some Hawaiian-themed cocktails like the Forbidden Island, Pineapple Paradise, Mai Tai, Daiquiri Blue Whale, and Hawaiian Dreams.

July 24 to July 31. At Three Dots and a Dash, Indira Nagar and JP Nagar. Details: 49653111
