Dig into the vibrant culture of the state through its culinary offerings, curated specially by Chef Poonam Dedhia.  On the menu are delectable dishes like Dabeli, Kesar-Pista Matho, Gajar ni Kheer, Surti bhindi- Capsicum and a lot more.
