Brockets are made with fermented, sourdough-style bread made using khapli wheat atta, known for being high in fibre and easier to digest. The fermentation process lends the brocket a lightness and depth of flavour that sets it apart from typical fast food staples, making it feel both wholesome and satisfying.
The menu at Bread Pocket Co. has vegetarian options like Falafel, Batata Hara and Grilled Paneer sit alongside non-vegetarian picks such as Cheesy Chicken and Angara Chicken, each assembled in under three minutes. The idea is simple: a complete meal that’s quick, efficient and accessible.
But Bread Pocket Co. isn’t just about what’s on the plate. Inspired by street food cultures in cities like London and Dubai, the space adopts a stand-and-eat format, doing away with traditional seating altogether.
